Good location, just a small walk from the train station. But also close to the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, so ideal for a short stay and visiting a concert. The automatic check-in panel in the hotel unfortunately didn’t work, so after filling in all the info, it froze when we wanted to pay the city tax. But we could check in with the lady afterwards. Rooms were clean and most of the noise from outside is blocked because of the isolation, which is good as it’s near a busy road.

Able to park there (for a fee). Room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed as a base to explore Dusseldorf and Essen. The staff at the front desk were great help. One guy even helped us to find takeaway food, looked things up for us and offered to help us order something to be delivered here. The location was easy to find. Everything was cleaned each day we were here.

I really liked the location because it is around ten minutes from the main railway station. The U-Bahn station is also quite close, maybe a five-minute walk. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was also good. The Internet connection was also very fast and stable.

The cleanliness was great, the staff was very attentive and friendly, everything was as seen in the photos. They even helped us with the washing machine as an extra. It is a hotel we will go to again.

not that far not that close to hauptbahnof. So you can walk. There is a tram stop in front of it. So even it is not close to city you can enjoy the city with tram or train. you can also walk but takes time. Facility is new and cozy. Vending machines day and night.

Room was clean, well maintained and everything worked. Food was tasty for breakfast. Staff were friendly & welcoming.

Very spacious and clean room. Close to great public transport links. Will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Dusseldorf.

The room was clean and correct. The location was close to the central station, but a bit far from the centrum. Bed was comfortable, and it was quiet.
